AussieVisa Toolkit is not affiliated with the Australian Government and is not a registered migration agency. Do not use the site as a substitute for Home Affairs instructions or advice from a properly qualified professional.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking current official requirements, dates, fees and evidence before making decisions or lodging any expression of interest, nomination or visa application. You must not claim points or eligibility that you cannot support with evidence.

4. Calculator limitations

Calculator results are estimates based on the answers selected. They cannot assess the validity of a skills assessment, employment evidence, English evidence, occupation eligibility, state criteria or whether Home Affairs will accept a claim. A displayed total does not guarantee eligibility or invitation.

5. Digital products and third-party payment

The optional DIY Toolkit is a general planning resource, not a personalised service or visa outcome. Payment is processed on Stripe's hosted service and may be subject to Stripe's terms. Product-specific price, delivery and refund information shown at checkout should be reviewed before purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

You may use the site for personal research. You must not republish substantial parts, misrepresent the content as government advice, interfere with site security, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use the materials for unlawful or deceptive activity.
